Dog Training and Behavior Consultation Policies:
Phone Consultations
We only offer Phone & Skype behavior consultations to those that sign a Dog Training agreement and Release document.
Each client must carefully read and complete a Dog Training Agreement and Release document prior to any services.
Payment for Training and Behavior Consultation:
Payment is due in full at time of booking. Once you have made your payment, you will be sent an email confirmation within 24hrs confirming your appointment.
Dog Training Refund:
Per the Training Agreement and Release, there are no refunds.

Initial Meet & Greet –
The goal of this meeting is to see if Packman Dog Walking & Better Behavior Dog Walking Services are a right fit for your dog.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policies are an important and healthy part of any professional business. Our cancellation policy is in place because we highly value our clients time and commitments. Please read our cancellation policy carefully. If you have any questions please call our office at 919-473-6534 between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday or email us at info@packmandogwalker.com.
A 24-hour advance notice is required for cancellations on all days in order to receive a full credit towards future services. Any cancellation made outside 24 hours will not be refunded or credited. Acts of God (weather, illness, etc) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
