I approached Frank just in the nick of time before he moved to NC in May. I nicknamed him “The Hills Dog Whisperer”. I was very amazed that he was able to walk 8 or more dogs at a time. Cooper used to jump and bite the leash making it impossible for us to walk him. Out of desperation, I approached Frank one day while he was doing his routine dog walking. In three sessions, Cooper became a changed dog. Actually, the third session was just walking around the park and that was the most relaxing dog walk we ever had. Ever since then, we religiously walk Cooper each day for about 45 minutes. He is now very pleasant to walk with and he is very good with greeting other dogs. We would recommend Frank anytime!

Frank from Packman Dog Walking and Better Behavior took my shy, anxious rescue puppy and turned her into a blossoming, well adjusted adult. I was very worried that she was “unfixable” as I had worked with several other trainers with no marked improvement. She would do better immediately after, but then her anxiety and fear would come back within days . Right away Frank assured me that most dogs are able to successfully overcome fear anxiety as long as the actual cause of the behavior was addressed. I didn’t realize the attempts before where just “training” the negative outcome of the underlying behavior problem. Frank diligently to identify what was causing her to be so fearful and have anxiety. From there he worked with both of us and I am proud to say she is a very well adjusted dog!

Frank walked our puppy for the first 2 years until we moved out of the area. He was amazing with our pup. Tucker walked so well with him and became very accustomed to other dogs. When we moved, we were disappointed to not find anyone nearly as fantastic. I brought Tucker 2 weeks after we moved to see Frank to drop off a check and he was so excited to see him he nearly leapt out the car window. That’s how you know it was a special relationship. As previous reviews have said, he was flexible and tried to make himself available if I got stuck and needed another walk. You’d be lucky to have your dog taken care of by Frank.

Frank was the best dog walker that I have ever had. I used him for over 2 years before moving away. He was able to take my not so easy dog and make her a part of the dog pack.
